Any UK Researchers intererested?

Postby thisisamy » May 06, 2009 12:09 pm

Does anyone know of any studies or research, past or ongoing, within the UK? I live in Scotland and HG is barely recognised.

Hi Amy,

My name is Anna, I am a medical student from Brighton England and am currently conducting some research into HG. Information that people are entering into the thread below the one you have just posted entitled 'What do you want/need from treatment' will be contributing to some UK based research. If you feel you have anything to contribute please do!

I was not sure where to post this. Take a look at this article, which seems to indicate that there was a statistically significant link found between HG and hyperthyriodism!

Dhoom, thanks for this but I can't see the link. I have just been diagnosed at my 12 week check with hyperthyroid and have HG every pregnancy so would love to learn more.
