Frustration in Chicago :(

My husband and I are talking about getting pregnant again so I took the advice of this forum and looked into Northwestern's maternal-fetal medicines department, they typically deal with high risk. I told the woman who answered the phone that I suffer from HG and wanted a doctor that has dealt with it previously in patients. She told me that morning sickness does not qualify as a high risk pregnancy. Most receptionist don't even know what HG is... I don't know how to get past them to speak to someone who might actually know. I'm pretty discouraged.
